Retail Device Experience
The Microsoft retail brick and mortar stores would have device demos on new devices to help customers understand and get familiar with them.
My main responsibilities were to drive the design and the experience to bring customers value and increase confidence in their purchase of a new device.
The walk through demo would showcase new features such as the detachable and backlit keyboard on a Surface Book.
The experience had to be simple enough to understand but also engaging and exciting. Including compare models and prices was also a valued experience as it allowed customers to interact directly with the device to find the best one for them.
