Washington Federal website redesign

The Redesign for Washington Federal Bank was to increase user engagement and bring their many mini sites into one. Users addressed their frustration about not finding what they needed and the ability to navigate through the website easily. I worked with many designers, developers, partners and customers to redesign the website to bring a clean, easy-to-use, and mobile-responsive site that allowed customers to complete tasks and get the information needed. The new website bought a fresh, modern look while being playful with things like their brand color to bring emphasis to elements like icons and text.
